Medical Receptionist / Medical Front Desk

Pay: $20.50/hour

Schedule: M-F8am to 5pm
(Must be willing to arrive as early at 7:45am or as late as 8pm.)

Trave: There are 3 office locations: Must be willing to travel 2-3 days a week

Requirements:
  • Must have minimum of 1-2 years Medical Front Office experience.
  • Reliable vehicle - There are 3 locations you would need to go to throughout the week. (Must be able to travel to any of their locations in Ocala, Villages, and Dunnellon.)
  • Must be professional and confidential in mannerisms.
  • Looking for someone with a bubbly caring personality.
Medical Practice is looking for an experienced Medical Front Desk for long-term full-time position. Duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance and collecting/posting payments to name a few. Must be available to go between all 3 of their office locations especially during the first month or two of training.
