Looking for hands-on outdoor work with room to grow? We’re hiring a Field Service Technician I to manage vegetation at customer sites across the region. This is a great entry-level field role for someone who enjoys physical work, learning new skills, and being part of a team.
What You’ll Do
Assist with vegetation management and herbicide applications
Operate trucks, trailers, mowers, UTVs, spray equipment, and hand tools
Use mobile apps to complete safety briefings and daily reports
Communicate with customers and team members on job progress
Follow safety, environmental, and company procedures at all times
Travel to job sites (50–75%, including some overnight travel)
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather and terrain
Team-oriented with a strong focus on safety
Comfortable using basic technology (mobile apps, reporting tools)
Willing and able to travel regularly
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
DOT medical card (or ability to obtain one)
Nice to Have (Not Required):
Herbicide applicator license
Ability to obtain a TWIC card
Physical Requirements
Lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet 8–11 hours per day
Work around water, uneven terrain, and confined spaces
Comfortable working around wildlife and wearing PPE
