We are looking for an Integration Technician II to support the build up, protection, and preparation of critical aerospace structures using Thermal Protection System (TPS) materials. This role includes setting up new production areas, following well defined engineering instructions, and working hands on with adhesives, sealants, RTV, gap fillers, and large composite assemblies. You will use calibrated precision tools, operate material handling equipment, and help maintain a clean, organized, and safety driven workspace. Candidates should be comfortable interpreting engineering drawings, supporting transitions from development to higher rate production, and performing verifications or inspections to ensure hardware meets requirements.
In this position, youll take part in surface prep, fixturing, vacuum bagging, repairs, testing, and payload/vehicle level integration tasks that support high reliability flight hardware. Youll also contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on efficiency, safety, and quality within the production environment. Success in this role requires strong mechanical aptitude, disciplined attention to detail, and the ability to execute processes that support mission critical manufacturing.
