Helps to plan, implement, and maintain multiple initiatives. This role does not directly lead any project team rather it helps coordinate efforts of different projects. Work with teams and project managers to estimate budgets, set scope, define deliverables and timing for new projects. Manage all project teams for the highest productivity and improvise based on business needs. Predict, minimize, and mitigate any risks. Take daily updates of the projects to track the progress of each project. Work with a wide range of individuals, perform performance evaluation, apply change management principles and work on cross-project initiatives.
