Parts Manager SUMMARY
Works as the lead of the parts department to ensure that all parts are available at all required stations in minimum time. Works to ensure the minimum level of inventory and minimize losses. Supervise and support staff working in taking orders, managing inventory, and managing the facility. Monitor any requests of special parts or high-priority customers and deal with them directly when needed. Forecast any seasonal increase in parts sales and manage inventory accordingly. Work and train the staff to ensure a customer-first environment. Manage the time off requests of the team and report any unpaid time off. Inform the customers of special offers and work to upsell them.
