Graduated from an accredited school of nursing and licensed as a NICU Nurse. Willingness to qualify for further qualifications as required by the department. Should have experience of providing direct and indirect nursing care in a hospital setting, ideally in an intensive care unit. Work with team members and supervisors to provide care that is age and condition appropriate to each patient. Work in rotating shifts when needed. Strong willingness to learn and adhere to departmental policies and procedures. Promote a positive environment for the patient and assist in supervising and training new staff.
