Provide basic diagnosis and repair of employee workstations including laptops and desktops. Maintain Asset inventory in real-time. Provide basic setup of workstations for new hires. Maintenance of company networks and documentation of all major issues. Providing desktop support and configuration both remotely and in person. A relevant Associate degree is required. Working knowledge of routers, switches, and common networking protocols and services. Printer and IT equipment diagnostics and debugging.
