Gather user feedback, address outstanding computer, and network issues. Oversee digital security and install virus protection software. Communicate network issues to both employees and management and fix configuration problems. Monitor computer networks to improve performance.

Install and upgrade software and maintain software licenses. May assist in network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software.
