Job Title: Structural Fitter

We are looking for a precision-focused professional who can bridge the gap between technical drawings and physical structures.
Key Responsibilities
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and analyze blueprints to determine exact material specifications and project requirements.
Component Fabrication: Measure, cut, shape, and fit metal components using a variety of specialized tools and techniques.
Layout & Assembly: Expertly layout and drill fit-up components to ensure seamless alignment for final welding.
Quality Assurance: Inspect and test assembled structures to ensure total compliance with safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of structural fitting experience, with a specific focus on skids .
Technical Literacy: Advanced ability to read and interpret complex engineering blueprints accurately.
Fitting Skills: Proven experience with laying out, drilling, and shaping components for large-scale metal structures.
