Youth Cheerleading Instructor - Arlington/Marymount

About the Role

We are looking for energetic, reliable instructors who enjoy working with kids! You will help children build confidence and learn the basics of cheerleading in a fun, positive environment.

What You Will Need

• Experience working with children
• Comfort in an athletic or recreational setting
• Basic knowledge of cheerleading (we provide curriculum and training)
• Punctuality, professionalism, patience, and enthusiasm
• Reliable transportation to and from school sites
• Availability between 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM on weekdays

What You Will Do

• Lead or assist after-school cheer classes at local elementary schools
• Run high-energy sessions focused on fun, teamwork, and skill-building
• Manage and transport your assigned equipment bag
• Engage kids in grades K-6th
• Ensure every child is safely dismissed before leaving

Pay and Growth

• Starting pay: $20-$25/hour based on experience
• Top rate of $30/hour for returning, experienced coaches

Work Environment

• Part-time, typically 1-3 days per week
• Classes have 10-20 kids
• Mandatory training
• Background check and fingerprinting mandatory
