Youth and Neighborhood Services Coordinator*

This position has a strong youth development and neighborhood center focus and will support, coordinate, and monitor programs serving school-age children and youth, with emphasis on high-quality middle-school out-of-school-time (OST) programming, mentoring supports, and positive youth development practices. The role requires experience working with youth, families, and community-based organizations, and may include work related to high school–level youth programming. A commitment to advancing racial equity, social justice, and culturally responsive practice is essential, with priority placed on supporting the needs of underserved populations, particularly Black, Indigenous, and other youth and families of color, immigrant communities, and low-income neighborhoods.  This role also works closely with neighborhood centers as critical community hubs that support youth, families, and residents. Responsibilities include partnering with neighborhood center leadership and staff, supporting program quality and accessibility, strengthening community-centered programming, and helping ensure neighborhood centers remain welcoming, culturally responsive spaces that reflect the needs and strengths of the communities they serve.
