Job Responsibilities
- Perform detailed pressure washing and cleaning of industrial equipment, including backhoes, skid steers, and other heavy machinery.
- Operate forklifts safely to move, load, and organize equipment within the yard.
- Conduct visual inspections of equipment for damage, leaks, or maintenance concerns and report issues promptly.
- Assist with staging equipment for customer pickup and receiving returned units.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment.
- Support yard team with general labor tasks as needed (e.g., equipment positioning, fuel prep, minor upkeep).
- Follow all company safety procedures, PPE guidelines, and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Forklift operation experience required (certification preferred but not always mandatory).
- Experience with pressure washing, especially industrial or heavy equipment (highly preferred).
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, climbing).
