Workplace Experience Associate
San Francisco, CA (Onsite)

Hours: 8 AM 5 PM, Monday Friday
Summary
- As a Workplace Experience Associate, you will deliver world-class customer service to employees and guests of a designated building, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment.
Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support office services operations; maintain smooth day-to-day office functions by coordinating with facilities, vendors, and internal teams.
- Set up and maintain conference rooms; arrange furniture, check equipment, and replenish supplies before scheduled meetings.
- Lift, push, and pull boxes and carts; handle/lift loads of up to 50 lbs or more as part of regular duties.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail; distribute packages and coordinate shipments.
- Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, document preparation, supply inventory, and other ad hoc tasks.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in an office environment.
- Education: GED or High School Diploma.
- Software Skills:
- Basic computer functions
- Microsoft Suite
