Workflow Documentation Specialist – Life/PACE Program

CTG is seeking to fill a Workflow Documentation Specialist opening for our client in Buffalo, NY.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Workflow Documentation Specialist to support documentation efforts within our Life/PACE program. This role will focus on analyzing, documenting, and standardizing operational workflows and preparing clear, user-friendly end-user guides for staff.
This is a 1- 2 month position.
The ideal candidate has experience documenting healthcare program workflows, preferably within a Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) environment or similar integrated care models (e.g., managed care, Medicare/Medicaid programs, value-based care programs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with operational leaders and subject matter experts to understand current-state workflows across the Life/PACE program
- Document end-to-end workflows using clear process maps, narratives, and SOP formats
- Identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for process standardization
- Develop structured workflow diagrams (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools)
- Create comprehensive, easy-to-follow end-user guides for frontline and administrative staff
- Translate technical or regulatory requirements into clear operational documentation
- Maintain version control and documentation governance standards
- Support change management efforts related to workflow updates
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Pay Range: USD $80.00 - USD $90.00 /Hr.
