Job Details
We are seeking a Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney licensed in Georgia or Florida who brings a portable book of business.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow an existing book of Workers’ Compensation defense clients
Handle litigation from inception through resolution
Maintain and develop relationships with carriers, TPAs, and employers
Participate in business development and cross-selling efforts
Qualifications:
Active Bar license in GA or FL (required)
5+ years Workers’ Comp Defense experience preferred
Demonstrated portable book of business
Strong relationships with carriers and/or self-insured employers
Trial experience preferred
