Job Details

We are seeking a Workers Compensation Attorney with at least three years of experience to join our in-office team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a docket of workers compensation claims from initial filing through resolution
  • Conduct hearings, mediations, depositions, and negotiations
  • Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement documents
  • Maintain consistent client communication and ensure cases move efficiently

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of three years of workers compensation experience
  • Strong litigation and hearing experience
  • Excellent writing, communication, and client management skills
  • Active bar license in good standing
