Workday Recruiting Functional Tester (QA / UAT Focus)

CTG is seeking a Workday Recruiting Functional Tester to join our client’s team. This role focuses on functional and integration testing, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensuring Workday Recruiting and Talent Acquisition modules meet business requirements.
Location: Plano, TX
Duration: 12 months
Key Responsibilities:
Create and execute functional test plans and test cases for Workday Recruiting and Talent Acquisition modules.
Validate recruitment configurations, business processes, and functional flows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prepare for UAT.
Provide functional input to data and integration teams; validate test results.
Track defects and ensure alignment with requirements.
Skills & Qualifications:
Workday Recruiting (primary) & Talent Acquisition (secondary) modules
Functional Testing (primary), Integration Testing (secondary)
Workday Recruiting Certification preferred
Experience with Jira and Q-Test (nice to have)
Agile team experience (nice to have)
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
