Role: Workday Functional Consultant
Location: Tampa, FL
Job Type: - Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Workday Consultant with expertise in Payroll Processing, Configuration, and Integration.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand Payroll requirements and translate them into Workday functional solutions.
- Provide functional support for Oracle PeopleSoft Financials Core modules Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL).
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and validation testing of Workday Payroll functionalities.
- Support the migration of Payroll processes from PeopleSoft to Workday, ensuring data accuracy and process alignment.
- Work closely with Finance and HR teams to resolve functional issues related to Payroll, AP, AR, GL.
- Develop Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and assist in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and payroll processing standards.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and client teams.
- Manage go-live activities and post-implementation support for Payroll and Financial modules.
