Three Forks Bakery & Brewing Co is an organic artisan bakery, microbrewery and farm to table restaurant featuring beer made on-site, wood-fired pizza, soup, salad and sandwiches. Our simple 100% scratch organic menu highlights locally sourced ingredients. We organize our menu each week around availability from local farms. We are looking for a competent cook to prep ingredients and cook wood-fired pizzas in a fun and dynamic setting. The candidate must have a strong knowledge of kitchen etiquette, a strong work ethic and experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
Qualifications & Expectations:
- Prep and plate food under the direction of Head Chef & Sous Chef
- Provide courteous and informative service in an open kitchen format
- Knowledge and understanding of maintenance and equipment/space cleaning requirements
- Minimum of 1-year experience
- Experience with scratch cooking desired
- Experience making pizza, experience with wood-fired ovens a plus
- Interest in fresh, seasonally appropriate, locally-sourced food desired
