Being a Wireless Sales Team Lead isn't for someone who wants to sit in a back office; Emerald Edge Promotions needs a "player-coach" who can lead from the front, hitting their own sales targets while simultaneously elevating the performance of their entire squad. The Wireless Sales Team Lead will be responsible for territory management, team motivation, and ensuring that our competitive standards are met daily. This is a high-stakes, commission-based role designed for a natural-born leader who is ready to build a legacy.
Wireless Sales Team Lead Role Responsibilities:
- Lead from the front with high-volume, customer-facing Fiber sales.
- Motivate and coach your team to shatter weekly sales targets.
- Manage territory assignments to ensure maximum market dominance.
- Conduct field training to sharpen your team’s closing skills.
- Oversee daily sales reporting and team performance analytics.
- Foster a hyper-competitive, high-energy team environment.
- Represent the leadership team in meetings with AT&T clients.
- Ensure every team member is hitting their "win" quotas daily.
