What You'll Do

As a Wireless Retail Sales Associate, you'll be the face of Wireless Central-helping customers stay connected while building lasting relationships.

• Deliver outstanding customer service in a friendly, welcoming environment
• Sell smartphones, tablets, accessories, and wireless services
• Educate customers on plans, promotions, upgrades, and device features
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and answer billing questions
• Proactively engage every customer who walks in or calls the store
• Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals
• Keep the store organized, stocked, and visually appealing
• Stay current on wireless technology and upcoming product launches

What You'll Earn

• $14–$25/hour (base + commission)
• Top performers earn up to $50,000+ annually

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Sales experience preferred (especially wireless or T-Mobile)-but not required
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends
• Motivated, reliable, and team-oriented
