• Maintain accurate records of community interactions and enrollment data to ensure service compliance.
• Represent the Crescendo Consultings brand with integrity while navigating various San Diego neighborhoods.
• Provide immediate troubleshooting and support for new users to ensure a seamless connection experience.
• Collaborate with the Wireless Customer Service Representative team to identify high-need areas and maximize community connectivity.
