Day-to-Day Duties of the Wireless Customer Sales Representative
- Assist customers with mobile device setup, wireless plan selection, and account activation using CRM workflows and approved service protocols.
- Monitor service milestones, usage patterns, and customer feedback to identify upgrade paths and support mobile retention strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve provisioning delays, documentation gaps, and service escalations across the mobile connectivity ecosystem.
- Maintain CRM accuracy by logging customer interactions, resolution timelines, and account health indicators for campaign tracking and performance reporting.
- Recommend bundled upgrades, mobile accessories, and wireless enhancements based on customer goals, lifestyle needs, and campaign engagement metrics.
- Support outreach audits, performance reviews, and strategic planning efforts to improve mobile service experience and long-term customer retention.
What We’re Looking For in a Wireless Customer Sales Representative
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, communications, or customer experience supports mobile service strategy and engagement
- Experience in wireless sales, customer support, or structured outreach—ideally in telecom or subscription-based environments
- Strong communicator with problem-solving skills; able to guide customers through mobile service decisions and support campaign performance
- CRM proficient; tracks account health, identifies service gaps, and contributes to forecasting and campaign reporting
- Available during business hours and scheduled campaign activations to support mobile outreach and service alignment
