Crescendo Consultings Inc, works closely with local communities through the TruConnect campaign to make their products, access-simple, inclusive, and human. We are currently expanding our team, and looking for a motivated Wireless Customer Enrollment Representative to come on board. This individual will help guide people through enrollment with clarity and care. The Wireless Customer Enrollment Representative role is great for someone who enjoys connecting with others and creating strong lasting client relationships.

As a Wireless Customer Enrollment Representative at Crescendo Consulting Inc,you’ll play a hands-on role in strengthening every client relationship across the TruConnect campaign. If you’re energized by meaningful client relationship building, then this Wireless Customer Enrollment position is for you.

Your deliverables will be:

• Engage face to face with our customers and guide them through the enrollment process.
• Build rapport and long-term trust through intentional Client relationship practices.
• Interacting with customers to close sales deals.
• Creating long lasting client relationships.
• Serve as a friendly point of contact for Crescendo Consultings as a Wireless Customer Enrollment Representative.
• Gather insights and feedback to improve client relationship quality and engagement.
• Maintain accurate enrollment records while nurturing every client relationship
• Grow professionally by strengthening communication and client relationship skills as a Wireless Customer Enrollment Representative.

What Are Our Key Requirements:

• A minimum requirement of a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous field sales experience/outside sales experience - added advantage not a requirement
• A passion for sales and business development
• Ability to close sales deals and build long lasting client relationships
