Wireless Construction Manager / Engineer (Macro / Small Cell / In-Building / DAS)

Job Description:

Work Location: Hybrid onsite role atLone Tree, CO In office Tues & Wednesday & Thurs (3x per week)

Job Responsibilities:

·        Responsible for RF Datasheet review, Construction drawing adjustment, equipment ordering, management and close-out review of Macro / Small Cell / In-Building / DAS / Tower based cell site Builds and Modification projects.

·        Primary focus is managing the installation of 4G + 5G radios, tower-based antennas/radios/hybrids and associated secondary cabling.

·        Ensure the proper expansion of network capacity and support the modification team s needs with tower and ground modification projects.

·        The individual will be responsible for creating Bill of Materials, ordering materials, managing inventory with the s for each project.

·        They will have to work closely with other engineers with Real Estate, RF and Network Operations during design and implementation of the site upgrades.

·        The applicant needs to be able to budget spend monthly based on project workload and expected cost.

Job Requirements

·        Coordination of 4G and 5G New Site Build, Tower Modification projects via a general contractor

·        RF Datasheet Equipment and Construction Drawing review experience

·        Ordering and inventory management of hardware

·        Surveying shelter and tower assets to identify solutions

·        Performing site bid walks

·        Confident with computer programs, mainly excel/Google Sheets

Positive if you have the following skills:

·        Ericsson 4G/5G hardware experience

·        HVAC experience-48v DC Power plant experience

·        Financial tracking software

·        Project management software experience (FUZE)

·        Excel skills including expertise with VLOOKUP functionality and/or Excel Macros
