Your Day-to-Day

• Act as the point of contact for all customers and deliver exceptional customer service
• As a Wireless Client Support Specialist, your role is to serve as a positive ambassador for Crescendo Consulting Inc
• Walk community members through options and next steps with a focus on thoughtful Customer service.
• Capture feedback and ensure to continuously develop the customer service delivery space
• Coordinate with teammates to ensure smooth experiences and consistent Customer service delivery.
• As a Wireless Client Support Specialist, ensure to build trust and long lasting client relationships
• Strive to constantly deliver exceptional customer service

What We Are Looking For:

• A high school diploma or GED 
• A sales driven professional with a passion for customer service
