Cimarron is seeking a *Windows Systems Administrator* to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado.
Key Duties: 
- Conduct daily and weekly system health checks on the Facilities Infrastructure Local Area Network (FILAN) and related Windows and network infrastructure.
- Monitor and respond to events using management and server patching tools to ensure system stability.
- Participate in team, staff, change, and configuration meetings to support ongoing operations and planning.
- Support automation efforts and contribute to proactive system improvements.
- Administer Microsoft servers, workstations, and network infrastructure, including troubleshooting, patching, and remediation.
- Perform system audit log reviews and routine maintenance to ensure compliance and performance.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve Remedy incidents and address system errors or user issues.
- Monitor system performance, track resource utilization, and implement system modifications and upgrades as needed.

Required/Desired Skills, Experience, and Education
Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

- Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, which will include but is not limited to testing for marijuana use.
- Active Secret Clearance. 
- Current DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II Certification (or higher).
- 2 or more years of experience designing, integrating, or managing complex infrastructure solutions, such as VMware, Citrix, or LAN/WAN environments.
- Experience as a Windows systems engineer or administrator supporting large enterprise environments.
- Proficiency with Active Directory, Windows Server 2012 R2/2016, and WSUS/SCCM patch management tools.
- General networking knowledge, including experience with switching and routing.
