What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing accurate information to customers who reach out for assistance.
• Resolving customer issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
• Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor as the first point of contact.
• Collaborating with team members to improve service quality.
• Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated on company offerings.
