Job description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Repair and Replacement Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment. You will assist customers with their inquiries, process orders, and manage inventory effectively to ensure a seamless sales experience.
Assist with installation and repair of windows; doors; storefront; hurricane shutters etc.
Must have tools and know how to use them.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their needs.
- Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and conducting regular inventory checks.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist in window diagnostics by providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a construction is preferred.
- Strong skills in order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to perform window diagnostics.
- Proficient in inventory control practices.
- Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication with customers.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour, with rapid growth opportunities available!
