Pay Range: $19.29/HR to $22.86/HR. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
SUMMARYOFRESPONSIBILITY:
The Delivery Driver ensures that theright equipment is pulled, loaded,delivered or picked-up to/from a client or facility on-time and within requirements.This position will also instruct the clientonproperoperationofdeliveredequipmentcompletesrequiredpaperworkproperlyand ensure that picked-up equipment is cleaned and checked-in as required.
EssentialFunctions:
· Pullrequiredequipmentfordeliveryfromwarehouseanddelivertoclientorfacilityona timely basis.
· Instructtheclientontheuseofthebasicequipmentdelivered.
· Completeallpaperworkaccurately.
· Ifpickingup,allequipmenttobeitemized,taggedattheclient’shomeorfacility.
· Deliverbacktocompanyanddisinfectandlocateinproperdesignatedareasofthe warehouse.
· Maintainscompanyvehicle-neatandorderly.
· Followsdelivery,pick-upandsafetyproceduresasrequired.

QUALIFICATIONSANDCOMPETENCIES:
- HighSchooldiploma/GEDrequired.
- Oneyearofpreviousrelateddrivingexperiencepreferred.
- MustpossessvalidStateDriver’sLicense,andacceptabledrivingrecordrequired. Knowledge of basic computer related skills such as using the internet, and e-mail software.
- Possessestheabilitytoreadandinterpretstreetandroadmaps.
- Abilitytoworkinafast-pacedenvironmentandjugglemultiplepriorities. Able to think quickly, assess a situation and make a sound decision.
- Listenswellandretainsinstructions;acceptsconstructivefeedbackfromsupervisor. A track record of being consistent with attendance and prompt arrival at work and meetings.
- Abilitytoprepareandfollowadeliveryschedule.
- Abilitytofollowstandardsafetyproceduresandregulations.
