We have an immediate need for a 2nd shift GTAW Welder.
Perform welding using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on various metals like steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. Fabricate and assemble metal parts and components.
Able to read a Blueprint Reading and perform Inspection of materials, welds, and finished products to ensure quality and precision. Conduct visual and mechanical tests to verify work meets specifications.
Assembly & Fitting: Assemble and fit metal parts and structures, using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. Ensure proper alignment and assembly.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a welder and fabricator in a manufacturing or construction environment.
Strong knowledge of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.) and materials.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
Experience with various welding equipment and hand/power tools.
Certification in welding (e.g., AWS, ASME) is a plus, but not required.
