Welder III – Precision Fabrication

We’re looking for an experienced TIG Welder who takes pride in high-quality work and thrives in a precision manufacturing environment. This role focuses on stainless steel welding across a variety of components including piping systems, tubing, and structural assemblies. If you’re detail-oriented and comfortable working to tight tolerances, this is a strong opportunity to join a solid team.

• Perform TIG welding in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions
• Weld stainless steel components including pipe, tube, and structural parts
• Execute both standard and complex welds, including root penetration welds subject to inspection (Magnaflux, X-ray, pressure testing)
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols to determine proper welding methods
• Set up and calibrate welding equipment, including power supply and weld parameters (amps, volts, etc.)
• Perform tack welds and full welds on materials ranging from 1/8 to over 1/4 thickness
• Work with fixturing and precision setups to ensure dimensional accuracy
• Use measuring tools and instruments to verify specifications
• Maintain weld logs and support process or peer inspections
