Key Responsibilities
Flux Welding: Perform expert welding tasks on carbon steel components.
Equipment Care: Maintain and operate welding machinery efficiently and with a "safety-first" mindset.
Blueprint Reading: Accurately read and interpret technical blueprints to execute welds that meet strict specifications.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing welding environment.
Flux Expertise: Proven skill in Flux welding specifically with carbon steel.
Certification Readiness: Must be able to pass a weld test on a 1/4-inch carbon steel plate.
