SHIFT: Monday – Friday availability, working rotating shifts as well as flexibility and availability to work any shift Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays

ROLE SUMMARY:
If you're interested in playing a key role in the production of some of the world's best-known brands, then a job on our team may be right for you! Our dedicated part-time supervisors lead production teams through solving problems and monitoring key operating processes and equipment while promoting and encouraging safe working practices for their co-workers. A successful supervisor will work to identify areas of improvement for our warehouse operations during their shift to achieve their targets in a highly automated and fast-paced environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Manage, coach, assist and direct workforce for shipping and receiving of finished products, new materials, and trade returns
+ Develop, monitor, and maintain production plans, inventories, and labor schedule
+ Coordinate maintenance activities to meet schedule
+ Enforce Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), safe working practices, department policies and maintain records
+ Coach workforce through troubleshooting and monitoring of operating processes and equipment
+ Utilize management system toolkit and methodologies to ensure key performance indicators and targets are achieved
+ Lead process improvement and initiate change
+ Work with senior leaders to drive process improvement initiatives
+ Primarily working off shifts in a continuous manufacturing environment
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Bachelor’s degree is required, but a concentration in engineering, supply chain management, science, or related subject area is strongly preferred
+ Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2.8 GPA must be in engineering, science, or supply chain
+ Previous Supply Chain or Logistics experience, warehousing focused
+ Solid interpersonal skills and team orientation
+ Technical and problem-solving skills
+ Data analysis or financial acumen
+ Leadership skills, a comfort level with change, and the ability to lead change is essential and critical to this position
