Experience in managing a team
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in various settings
- Familiarity with custodial responsibilities
- Knowledge of facility cleaning tasks, and with care and maintenance of custodial equipment
Leading the custodial staff, making sure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Execute custodial duties to keep all areas clean and organized
- Assist staff with room setups, break downs, and with cleaning tasks
- Support facilities maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality
-Making sure before leaving for the evening that everything is in order and rooms set-ups are ready for next day's events.
-commuincating with staff on task and duties for the shift.
- Reporting problems to Custodian Surevisor and management as appropriate
- Interacting with customers to ensure excellent customer service
Enforcing Facility Rules and Contract Terms
We are seeking a mature, dedicated Custodian Weekend Crew Leader to join our team. The Crew Leader will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our facilities, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants, interacting with customers, and delegating tasks to staff.
