We’re hiring Weekend Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals in our staffed residences in Keene/Greater Keene area—and we have multiple openings available!

Whether you're an experienced DSP or new to the field, we welcome your passion and dedication. Each home has its own rhythm—some are calm and quiet, others more active—so we’ll work with you to find the right fit.

Weekend Shifts Available:

• Saturday & Sunday
  • 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• $17.00-$20.00 depending on the residence.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide hands-on support and personal care
• Assist with daily routines and medication (training provided)
• Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging environment

Who We’re Looking For:

• Individuals who want to work all or most of their hours on weekends
• Compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a difference

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• At least 3 years as a licensed driver with a clean driving record
• Must pass all required criminal and background checks
