Background

The agency also oversees a reservations website where visitors can make campsite, cabin, and tour reservations or sign up to attend events in the parks. While (Client) is responsible for the content on the reservation pages, changes are made through the provider, Tyler Technologies. All pages within the reservation site use the URL.
To maintain the main agency website, Tyler Technologies created a custom content management system (CMS) to enable the Communications, Research and Marketing (CRAM) team to update content; create or delete pages; add events and articles; update images and graphics; and add alerts. The wireframe, including color scheme, is not part of the CMS and is controlled by Tyler Technologies.
