| Required Qualifications: | A bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization or an associate degree and two years of experience. |
| Preferred: | • Proficiency in CSS, HTML5, Javascript and modern web standards • Experience in working with Wordpress/PHP • Experience using preprocessor such as Sass • Knowledgeable with PHP, modular libraries, and accessibility tools • Experience working with Git or other version control software • Proficiency in using Figma, Adobe XD or other wireframing software • Knowledge of ADA compliance • Strong understanding of how to gather and evaluate user behavior and requirements by understanding metrics such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager • Strong knowledge of basic design principles and best practices for creating graphics for electronic communications • Knowledge of UX to create an intuitive web experience for user • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to take direction, implement feedback and ability to present proposed site changes or updates to administrators and others in meetings • Ability to fully manage website needs of the division with minimal supervision |
