Goodwill Southern California is seeking a Part-Time Multi-Site Job Coach to support individuals with developmental disabilities at various worksites throughout the region. This role focuses on teaching job skills, promoting inclusion, and fostering independence in real-world work settings.
What You’ll Do:
Provide on-the-job training and coaching at multiple locations.
Reinforce workplace skills, focus, and positive habits.
Advocate for reasonable accommodations and inclusion.
Communicate regularly with participants, employers, and program teams.
Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and compliance with program standards.
What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED required.
1–2 years of relevant experience; workforce or disability services preferred.
Valid CA driver’s license and auto insurance.
Reliable, flexible, and organized approach to supporting multiple worksites.
