We’re seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager based in Van Alstyne, TX to join a growing team with over 40 years of industry leadership. With a strong backlog of projects across Texas and neighboring states, this company offers the chance to lead major infrastructure builds that make a real impact in the communities they serve.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Water/Wastewater Project Manager position include:
- 10+ years of experience in heavy civil, water/wastewater, or similar construction
- Strong understanding of piping, concrete, and treatment plant processes
- Experience managing projects $10M+ in value from pre-bid through commissioning
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to meet project scope, schedule, and budget
- Assist with estimating, purchasing, subcontracts, and project documentation
- OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency with project management software such as Jonas Premiere
- Willingness to travel to job sites across Texas and surrounding states (mostly in TX)
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, end-of-year bonuses, a discretionary project performance bonus, profit sharing after one-year, paid time off, a $500 monthly vehicle allowance, and a cell phone allowance.
