? Position Overview
As a Water/Wastewater Engineer, you’ll play a key role in the planning, design, and delivery of municipal water and wastewater projects across North Carolina. From treatment plants and pump stations to collection/distribution systems, your work will help shape critical infrastructure that communities depend on.

? What You’ll Do:

  • Design water and wastewater treatment systems, pipelines, pump stations, and related infrastructure

  • Conduct hydraulic modeling, feasibility studies, and technical reports

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, structural, and environmental engineers

  • Assist with permitting, regulatory compliance, and construction oversight

  • Coordinate with public agencies, contractors, and clients throughout project lifecycles

? What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field

  • 2+ years of relevant water/wastewater design experience (mid- to senior-level roles available)

  • EIT certification required; PE license preferred (or the ability to obtain within 12 months)

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; knowledge of water modeling software a plus

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
