Restoration King is currently seeking a skilled Water Technician for residential and commercial projects to join our team. We specialize in disaster mitigation and restoration, mold remediation and reconstruction. We are looking for a motivated professional with strong work ethics to grow with us.
Job Summary:
As a Water Technician, you should be able to conduct thorough inspections of water damaged properties to identify potential hazards and develop a plan for remediation. You will be responsible for providing restoration services for residential and commercial properties affected by water damage, mold and other mitigation and restoration disasters by removing, replacing and repairing water damaged materials as well as handling any issues caused by water damage.

You will be responsible for providing restoration services for residential and commercial properties affected by water damage, mold and other mitigation and restoration disasters by removing, replacing and repairing water damaged materials as well as handling any issues caused by water damage.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, monitor, and move equipment needed for water extraction and drying of premises.
- Removal of water and mold damaged materials.
- Treatment and removal of mold growth.
- Fire and soot clean-up.
- Respond to emergency calls and calls that may come through while working on-call schedule, which will require working on some weekends and after hours.
- Communicate with customers throughout the restoration process to provide updates and address any concerns to ensure company and customer satisfaction.
- Follow and comply with all established safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
- Responsible for efficiently and profitably using the company's time, manpower and materials for each project.
- Inform the Project Manager daily of the project process, including any customer concerns, problems, delays, etc.
