The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Water Mitigation Technician who is dependable, motivated, and ready to learn the restoration trade the right way.

This is a hands-on, physically active role responding to water, fire, and emergency losses. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians and project managers, learning professional mitigation techniques, industry standards, and how to serve homeowners with care and confidence.

We will train the right person. What we won’t do is babysit, chase people down, or tolerate poor attitudes.

What You’ll Do:
  • Respond to emergency water, fire, and board-up calls (on-call rotation required)
  • Inspect losses, extract water, set up drying systems, and perform demolition as needed.
  • Monitor equipment and document progress with photos, readings, and job notes.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, adjusters, and team members.
  • Follow IICRC standards, safety protocols, and company procedures.
  • Take ownership of your work from start to finish.

Career Path Opportunities:
Technician Lead Technician Estimator Project Manager

We provide training, certifications, mentoring, and real advancement — but you earn it.

What You Bring:
  • 1–3 years of experience in mitigation, construction, or hands-on trades (preferred, not required)
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and climb ladders
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Availability for flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT) are a plus — we will help you earn them
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
