Title: Project Management Specialist
Location: St. Charles, MO
Salary Range: $60 to 65 Hr.

Introduction

This role involves independently developing, coordinating, integrating, analyzing, and maintaining an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards. The position requires performing studies, analysis, risk assessments, and creating reports to support project decision-makers. The candidate will also direct all phases of projects from inception through completion and act as the primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM), such as owning a CAM and budget, maintaining the performance measurement baseline, tracking cost and schedule performance, and producing estimate to complete and estimate at completion forecasts.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), such as maintaining the performance measurement baseline, collecting and validating cost and schedule data, etc.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• Experience working with Military or DoD customers strongly desired.
• Defense industry experience is a plus.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide the Engineering leadership to a team representing multiple skill areas, which may include internal and external resources and customers.
• Develop statements of work (SOW) to satisfy research and development, ongoing and new business requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
• Work closely with product managers and business teams to create and maintain product backlog according to business value or ROI.
• Monitor project budgets and lead programs to successful outcomes.
