Job Details
What You’ll Do:
Lead Daily Warehouse Operations:
- Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities
- Ensure materials move efficiently to support production and customer delivery
- Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and accuracy
Drive Team Performance:
- Supervise and mentor warehouse associates
- Set clear daily expectations and hold the team accountable
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance development
- Foster a positive, high-energy work environment
Optimize Workflows:
- Identify bottlenecks and implement practical process improvements
- Improve productivity while minimizing errors
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation efforts
- Maintain organized, efficient warehouse layouts
Champion Safety:
- Enforce safety standards and compliance procedures
- Promote a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Lead by example in maintaining a strong safety culture
What You Bring:
- Experience supervising warehouse operations in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Strong inventory management and shipping/receiving knowledge
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced settings
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Process improvement mindset with attention to detail
- ERP system experience preferred
