Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County ReStore is seeking an experienced, motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our donation drop-off and purchased-item pickup operations. The ReStore is a retail/thrift store with high-volume operations.
About the Role
As our ReStore Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be at the center of our operations, overseeing the donation drop-off and sales pick-up area, and merchandising. Under the guidance of the management team, your oversight is crucial to smooth operations in the assigned area, and you will be a dedicated representative of the Habitat brand.
What You'll Do
Leadership & Team Management
- Collaborate with management to provide oversight and direction to team members and volunteers
- Train staff and volunteers on pricing methods and handling of unique items
- Support management to foster collaborative teamwork and uphold store policies
- Ensure excellent customer service standards
Warehouse Operations
- Manage the efficient flow of donated items and unloading of donor vehicles
- Provide oversight for customer-purchased items for pick-ups
- Process and price incoming donations for the sales floor
- Operate forklift and maintain certification
Merchandising & Sales
- Price donated merchandise according to company procedures
- Organize products and maintain attractive displays on the sales floor
- Operate the POS system and handle retail transactions
Safety & Compliance
- Adhere to safety procedures
- Keep assigned area clean and organized
- Follow incident reporting procedures

This position requires the physical ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time. The position requires clarity of vision at 20 feet or more, with or without corrective lenses, and color determination vision. The position requires the ability to climb ladders or scaffolding up to 6 feet high, grasp, reach, stoop, speak, listen and distinguish differences in odors. Employee must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 75 lbs. The normal work place will be in the ReStore office and retail space, which are smoke-free. Must be able work in non-temperature-controlled conditions, possibly outdoors, in warehouses, or at donor facilities.
