What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a night‑shift team of warehouse associates, technicians, and material handlers.

• Monitor automated systems (conveyors, robotics, AS/RS, WMS dashboards) and coordinate with maintenance when issues arise.

• Manage workflow and priorities to meet service-level commitments, shipping deadlines, and productivity targets.

• Ensure safety compliance across all night operations, including lockout/tagout, equipment checks, and incident reporting.

• Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and maintain high accuracy and efficiency.

• Oversee inbound/outbound activities, inventory movement, and quality checks.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with engineering, maintenance, and day-shift leadership.

What You Bring

• Experience supervising teams in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment (automation experience preferred).

• Strong understanding of WMS/WCS systems and comfort working with automated equipment.

• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities.

• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem‑solving skills.

• Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

• Willingness to work overnight hours on a consistent schedule.
