Warehouse Supervisor oversees receiving, storing, pulling and shipping of product and orders for customers. Supervise employees and manage work flow efficiently and effectively.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Performs power industrial truck safety checks
- Verifies quantities picked to actual order, checking for shortages and/or damage.
- Uses power industrial/material handling equipment to move pallets to dock or dock to delivery truck when short staffed .
- Oversees receiving of merchandise, properly checks and assigns stocking tasks
- Assists in training new hires and reporting disciplinary issues to Warehouse mgr
- Ensures staff adhere to all established safety rules and regulations.
- Computer/RFE skills to coordinate shipping and inventory tasks ( Infor M3 ERP system)
