Volt is immediately hiring for Billingual Warehouse Supervisor in Commerce, CA.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations within a cold?temperature (30–38°F) and wet food?processing environment.
• Lead receiving, inventory control, and materials movement to support production and customer order fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate documentation, adherence to FIFO, and proper routing of incoming raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain workflow efficiency by updating processes, creating work instructions, and coordinating with production schedules.
• Enforce GMP, PPE, HACCP, SQF, FDA, and customer compliance standards.
• Support and back up the Warehouse Manager, ensuring smooth receiving and shipping operations.
• Train, coach, and supervise warehouse staff.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and productivity on 2nd shift (after initial training).

This is a full-time, contract opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of warehouse leadership experience in manufacturing, food processing, or similar environments
• Strong ability to work in cold, wet conditions
• Proficiency with warehouse systems (e.g., Prophet/WMS), scanners, and MS Office
• Experience with inventory control, receiving procedures, and operational KPIs
• Strong communication, problem?solving, and team?management skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a loud, refrigerated environment
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Shift : 2nd Shift (2:00 pm–10:00 pm + OT)

Pay Rate: $34/hr. – $37/hr.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
