The Warehouse Shipper Receiver will assist in day-to-day tasks, which include shipping, receiving, stocking, organizing, inventory, pulling orders, and loading delivery trucks. If you take pride in accuracy, hustle with purpose, and keep your area clean enough to show off, you'll thrive here.

What You'll Own

Order Picking & Shipping -- Accuracy Above Everything

  • Pick orders with precision using pick tickets and WMS instructions.
  • Verify item numbers, descriptions, quantities, and lot/batch details -- no shortcuts, no guessing.
  • Follow FIFO/FEFO and rotation procedures every time.
  • Report discrepancies or damage immediately.
  • Pack orders tight, secure, and clean using proper materials.
  • Label cartons/pallets correctly and prep them for flawless carrier pickup.
  • Consolidate freight when it saves money without risking accuracy.
  • Doublecheck addresses, carriers, and service levels before anything leaves the building.

Receiving -- Own the Dock from the Moment the Truck Backs In

  • Unload inbound freight safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling.
  • Verify products against POs, packing slips, and BOLs -- catch issues early.
  • Inspect freight for damage, shortages, and accuracy.
  • Count and identify SKUs, lot numbers, expiration dates, and all critical details.
  • Tag, label, and stage goods in the correct areas (receiving, quarantine, returns, etc.).
  • Enter receiving data into the WMS quickly and accurately.
  • Follow SOPs for returns, damaged goods, and nonconforming product.
  • Communicate inbound issues to Supervisors or Customer Service without delay.

Documentation & System Updates -- If It's Not Logged, It Didn't Happen

  • Complete all picking, shipping, and receiving transactions in our WMS.
  • Attach and organize packing slips, BOLs, and shipping documents.
  • Keep spotless digital and physical records of every movement and transaction.

Equipment Operation -- Respect the Machines

  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other tools
  • Perform basic inspections and immediately report maintenance needs.

Quality Control -- Details Matter Here

  • Verify item accuracy, quantities, and condition for every inbound/outbound order.
  • Ensure packaging and labeling meet customer and AFCAT standards.
  • Escalate quality issues fast -- don't let small problems turn into big ones.

Safety & Compliance -- Zero Exceptions, Zero Excuses

  • Follow all safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
  • Use PPE properly and practice safe lifting.
  • Keep aisles, docks, and work areas clean and hazardfree.
  • Report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.

Cleanliness & Organization -- A Clean Warehouse Is a Fast Warehouse

  • Keep shipping, receiving, and picking zones spotless.
  • Sweep, front and face pallets, consolidate open boxes, and keep inventory storage tidy.
  • Properly store inventory in assigned locations.
  • Support 5S and continuous improvement.

Teamwork & Communication -- Move as One Team

  • Communicate issues clearly to supervisors, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Coordinate with teammates to hit daily shipping and receiving deadlines.
  • Assist in other warehouse functions during rushes or peak periods.
  • Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and truck loading/unloading.

Qualifications:

High School Degree or Equivalent Required

Knowledge of inventory management procedures and general

warehousing technology and practices

Physically be able to safely lift boxes weighing up to 50

pounds.

Bilingual is a huge plus


Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm


Pay:

This is an HOURLY position that starts at $18 with room to grow.
